There is no modern scientific methodology known for the detection or the presence of water in the crust of the earth, using only human sensory organs. There is no device or tool that can be manually manipulated to cause signals to be generated,  alerting the presence of or the absence of water in the ground of the earth just by the human touch. There is also no biblical references of such techniques. This is a craft.  God foretold that the people in our times will use this craft. Parents, you may be interested in knowing that stuff like this is being sold for enormous costs on the web and also by catalogue orders. There are people who really may not believe in this stuff, but are laughing all the way to the bank.

Hosea 4:12 "My people ask counsel at their stocks, and their staff declareth unto them: for the spirit of whoredoms hath caused them to err, and they have gone a whoring from under their God." Biblical scholars maintain that the word “staff” in this verse may be translated as meaning “divining rod” or "dowsing stick." Such practices are not Godly. In biblical times, the finding of water by the well diggers was always a time for great celebration. A successfully dug well was always an occurrence of change and after much prayer. Isaiah 12:2 "Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation."  Isaiah 12:3 "Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation."

Children of faith should know that the craft of astrology has absolutely nothing at all to do with science. It is not a science and has absolutely nothing at all to do with Astronomy. The astronomical science of the heavens, the planets and of the stars is a universal science. Know that Astronomy (a science) and Astrology (a craft) are two different words. Children should know that there are all kinds of people born every day, every minute and every second on the Earth. There are many, many Godly people who were born on the very same day that Adolf Hitler was born. Children should not delve into the craft of astrology. The minds of our children are too often exhausted because they are concentrating on these type of crafty substances having absolutely no technical or Godly values. Know that Astronomy is the SCIENCE from which the words "Astrophysics" and "astronaut" come.
